Filament Polyester Yarn

Polyester fiber has a series of excellent properties, such as high breaking strength and elastic modulus, moderate resilience, excellent heat setting effect, good heat, and light resistance, etc. POY yarn is available in different lusters like Semi-Dull POY and Bright POY. The Bright POY has shone in it due to the cross-sections in the filaments. The fabric made from Bright POY also has a bright luster. Polyester POY yarn is mainly available in Raw White color & is also available in different colors.

There are two different types of POY yarn known as FDY and DTY yarn.

Fully Drawn Yarn (FDY ) is a type of highly drawn polyester filament yarn that can be used to produce high-strength fabrics and textiles. FDY is mainly used as weft or weaves in making fabrics. This yarn is used as the first material of twisted threads and is also used directly in knitting. We provide a wide range of FDY yarns using the finest quality available in different lusters like semi-dull, dull, bright, and super bright with different grades such as 40/24, 50/24, 75/36, 100/36, 100/48, 150/48, and 300/96.

Draw Texturised Yarn (DTY) is a fully drawn, fully oriented polyester multifilament yarn with soft crimp, high bulk, and texture with a cotton feel and very high durability and retention properties.DTY is suitable for the replacement of cotton and cotton blend yarns with very low moisture content. We provide a wide range of DTY yarns using the finest quality available in different lusters like semi-dull, dull, bright, and super bright with different grades such as 75/144, 100/144, and 150/144.

Polyester Spun Yarn is produced in the spinning process by combing short staple fiber. Polyester Spun Yarn is obtained from Virgin Polyester Staple Fiber or Recycled Polyester Staple. It is used for knitting & weaving fabrics. The advantages of these products are the high strength and durability provided by the polyester filament and the comfort characteristics provided by the cotton sheath.
